Expands IWMS Capabilities by Acquiring Visser Software Services
Southfield,
Mich., October 9, 2009— Computerized Facility Integration, L.L.C, the leading
Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS) service provider, today
announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Visser Software
Services, Inc., an ARCHIBUS Master Value-Added Reseller and Application
Specialist. The acquisition will extend
CFI’s ARCHIBUS capabilities and increase the company’s enterprise client base.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
